Client Feedback
Wing Chiu
Fleet Dispatcher, Sham Shui Po
"The routing tool changed how my mornings go. I used to spend the first ninety minutes building the day's routes manually. Now I spend about twenty minutes reviewing what the system has proposed and making adjustments where I know the road situation better. The time saving is real."

Peter Mok
Operations Manager, Kwai Tsing Terminal
"The morning briefing used to be assembled by one of my supervisors before every shift meeting. That person's time is now spent on actual oversight rather than report writing. The format is exactly what we designed together — nothing extra, nothing missing. It just appears."

Sandra Leung
Trade Finance Officer, Central
"We process a lot of bills of lading from different counterparties across Greater China, and the document formats vary considerably. The extraction accuracy was better than I expected for a first deployment. The five-month timeline gave us enough runway to work through the edge cases properly."

Alan Tang
Logistics Director, New Territories
"We had tried another optimisation platform before this. The difference is that Kowloon Bridge actually understood our specific routing challenges — the container depot pickup windows, the Tuen Mun Highway patterns at certain hours. The model was tuned to our reality, not a generic one."

May Yuen
Freight Forwarder, Kowloon Bay
"The weekly summary is something I now send to our clients directly with minor edits. The data is pulled correctly, the format is consistent, and the time I used to spend compiling it is freed up for client work. After two months the service required very little attention from our side."
February 2025 · Port Reporting Assistant
James Chan
Trade Operations Lead, Shipping Line
"What I appreciated most was the scoping process before anything was built. We spent proper time on what the review interface needed to show, what fields mattered, and how extractions would route to our ERP. By the time we went live in month four, my team already understood how it worked."

Three Engagements in Detail
Courier Firm — 22 Vehicles, Kowloon
A same-day courier service was spending two to three hours each morning manually planning routes across multiple Kowloon districts. Dispatch errors were adding up to one to two failed delivery windows per day, and fuel costs were running higher than comparable operations because routes were not being optimised for distance.
Routing Optimisation Service
We integrated with the firm's existing telematics platform in week two and ran parallel planning for six weeks while calibrating the model to their specific time windows and district constraints. The dispatcher reviewed and approved every plan throughout. By week eight, the service was generating the approved daily plan.
After Three Months
Morning dispatch planning reduced from approximately 150 minutes to around 25 minutes. Failed delivery windows fell from an average of 1.8 per day to 0.4. Fuel consumption reduced by approximately 11% compared with the prior three-month period. The dispatcher reported more confidence in the plans, not less.
Timeline: 8 weeks to live operation
Bonded Warehouse Operator, Kwai Chung
The operations manager was receiving handover notes from each shift in inconsistent formats and spending a significant portion of every morning reconciling them into a usable summary for the day's planning meeting. The process was fragile — if the shift supervisor was busy, the summary arrived late or incomplete.
Port Operations Reporting Assistant
We connected to the warehouse management system and co-designed a morning briefing template with the operations manager over two sessions. The template covered stock movements, pending customs holds, and equipment flags. Source data was validated over weeks two and three before the first automated briefings were produced.
After Six Weeks
The morning briefing arrives automatically at 07:15 HKT each working day. The operations manager now uses the planning meeting time for decisions rather than information gathering. The consistency improvement — every briefing in the same format — was noted as having direct value to staff across shifts.
Timeline: 5 weeks to live briefing
Trading House — Letters of Credit Processing
A trading house processing thirty to fifty letters of credit per week was relying on junior staff to manually extract key fields from documents received in English, Traditional Chinese, and occasionally Simplified Chinese. Error rates were around 4–6%, and corrections were consuming significant senior staff time during peak periods.
Document Intelligence Platform
We ran the full five-month delivery: document mapping in month one, extraction model calibration across all three languages in months two and three, and a supervised parallel operation in month four where the trade team reviewed all extractions before any ERP write. Month five was full live operation with performance baselining.
After Five-Month Engagement
Extraction accuracy reached 96.2% across all document types and languages by end of month four. Manual correction time reduced by approximately 70%. Senior staff reviewed a much smaller volume of flagged exceptions rather than checking every document. The client extended with a monthly maintenance agreement after the initial engagement closed.
